These leghorn roosters are so mean...they pick on everyone...I can't wait until they are in the freezer! The pasture grass in the background is for the red hens...we reseeded that area 3 weeks ago and the hens can't wait for us to remove the construction fence keeping them out.
This hen has gray legs and beautiful feathers...we don't know what kind of chicken she is...she was mixed in with the
dominiques.

DH built this feed box for me last weekend, so I've been painting it the past couple of days...it's going to need another coat of red paint.
