25K...15.5 miles...






Britt and Kris ran in a 25K race this morning in Houston. It was soooo cold! Kris had a little problem at the end with her breathing...she's doing fine now...just a little knee pain. Britt finished 7th and Kris finished 8th in their age group.

Congrats to the girls!!! It's so sweet to see them running together, I think next time it needs to be all three of you~

Thanks Rita, but I won't be running 15.5 miles....been there done that! I'm sticking with short distances...my knees can't take all that pounding!
