I went to HEB yesterday and pulled into the parking lot and couldn't figure out why there were so many open parking spaces at the beginning of every row, so I parked and started walking toward the store and saw these signs! I was so stunned that I got my small camera out and took a picture...jeez...what is next? Has anyone seen these signs before?
